Inde — Privacy Policy

Inde is a marketplace app that helps delivery service partners find and offer cover for delivery routes. This policy explains what information the app collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. It applies to the Inde mobile apps for Android and iOS.

Information we collect

• Account details — your email address, first and last name, and phone number, provided when you create an account.
• Profile photo — an optional avatar you can upload.
• Driver and route details — your driver ID, route, service area, and facility code, provided during account setup.
• Marketplace activity — cover requests you post, offers you make, and ratings and comments you exchange with other users.
• Bank account details — the account holder name and account number you choose to save for receiving payment. These are stored privately and are only shared when you complete a job (see below).
• Device information — a push notification token for your device, so the app can notify you about offers and job updates.

The app does not collect your device's location. Route areas shown on maps are predefined delivery zones, not your position. The app contains no advertising and does not use advertising identifiers.

How your information is used

• To operate the marketplace: showing your cover requests and offers to other users, and notifying the right people when something changes.
• Your name, profile photo, and ratings are visible to other users of the app as part of your public profile.
• Your bank account details are shared once, with the specific user who requested the cover you provided, at the point where payment is due. They are never visible to anyone else.
• We do not sell your information, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties except the service providers below.

Service providers

Inde runs on the following services, which process data on our behalf:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage (hosted in the Asia-Pacific region).
• Google Firebase Cloud Messaging — push notification delivery.
• Google Maps — map display inside the app.

All data is encrypted in transit. Bank details and invoices are stored in access-controlled storage that only the involved users can read.

Retention and deletion

Your information is retained while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated personal information at any time by contacting us at the address below, and we will action it within a reasonable period.

Children

Inde is intended for working delivery contractors and is not directed at anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published at this address with a new effective date.
