Inde — Delete Your Account

You can delete your Inde account and its associated data at any time. Inde is the route-cover marketplace app for delivery service partners.

Delete your account in the app

1. Open the Settings tab.
2. Tap your Profile, then Edit Profile.
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Deletion is immediate and permanent.

Or request deletion by email

If you can no longer access the app, email avareo@icloud.com with the subject line "Inde account deletion request", sent from the address you use to sign in to Inde so we can verify the request belongs to you. Emailed requests are actioned within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account and sign-in credentials
• Your profile (name, phone number, and avatar photo)
• Your saved bank account details, records of payment details shared with other users, and invoices from your jobs
• Your driver and route details, route subscriptions, and device push tokens
• Your cover requests and offers
• Ratings you gave and received

No account data is retained after deletion, other than residual copies in encrypted backups, which expire automatically within a limited period.
